Make a thread containing the following information,
BF2 player name as seen in-game.
Add the reason you was banned from the server (if known)
Add the date and time of ban (if known)
Add the admins name who banned you (if known)

If you would like to leave a comment on why you should be unbanned from the server then please refrain from being abusive, it won't get you anywhere on here, believe me.
